At Success Naturally, we are dedicated to a yoga practice that is accessible to all regardless of age or level of fitness. Our safe and systematic approach to yoga emphasizes strength, flexibility and deep relaxation. Our method is medically sound and can be tailored to address specific health issues. Our class schedule includes: introductory yoga, gentle yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga for chronic issues, and advanced classes for more experienced students.
Our eight-week introductory course is designed for those who are new to yoga. We will introduce you to the basics of yoga and the use of props (blankets, bolsters and blocks). If you are an experienced yoga student, we have classes that will challenge and inspire you!
