Private Sessions


Private yoga sessions are perfect for individuals, families or small groups. Private sessions are designed to meet your specific needs. Our teachers are experienced in working with individuals dealing with a variety of life experiences.

  • Are you dealing with an illness or an injury?
  • Are you going through a life transition?
  • Do you have a busy schedule and would like to do yoga on your schedule?
  • Would you like guidance in developing a home practice?
  • Are you new to yoga and would like to experience the practice before signing up for a class?

Private sessions are available as a single session, to support you through an illness or an injury, or as part of an ongoing practice.

Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.

Therapeutic Yoga

We offer a medically sound approach to yoga. Yoga poses are modified and sequenced to support individual needs. Numerous medical research studies support the beneficial effects of this style of yoga.
