An introduction to yoga designed for the beginner. Class is suitable for those at a moderate to above average level of fitness.

5:30pm -   6:45pm Level I - Inversions
Learn how to safely turn yourself upside down. Inversions create a sense of cam and benefit the circulatory system and the endocrine system. Must have completed at least an 8-week introductory series to attend.

5:30pm -   6:45pm Intro to Basic Yoga Poses
An introduction to yoga designed to meet the needs of the complete beginner. We recommend that you attend 16 weeks of this introductory class.

A gentle practice perfect for any level of experience. Especially appropriate for those dealing with chronic health issues such as cancer, lupus, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, depression, etc.
