Loa Freeman BS, E-RYT-500, RRT
Loa is the director of Success Naturally Yoga Center. Loa has been teaching yoga in the Springfield area for over 30 years. Loa’s yoga training includes study with BKS Iyengar, Judith Lasater and Gabriel Halpern. Loa also presents seminars on communication, wellness management and developing a professional image.
Loa is a certified Relax & Renew Teacher (RRT) and Life Coach with the Shad Helmstetter’s The Life Coach Institute. Loa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation and Business Administration.
Nancy Baugh, RYT 200
We welcome Nancy Baugh who teaches "Chair Yoga" on Saturday Mornings.
Betsy Bradshaw-Burris E-RYT-200, RRT, R.Ph.
Betsy has a passion for the abundant healing properties yoga offers our whole being. She believes that healing can take place as a result of practicing the Iyengar tradition of hatha Yoga.
Betsy is a Registered Pharmacist with a background in patient counseling and natural hormonal balancing. Betsy offers private instruction in yoga, as well as offering hormone balancing consultation and follow-up. Betsy is also a certified Relax and Renew Teacher (RRT).
Denise Bischof BS, RRT, RYT-500
Denise has experienced the healing powers of yoga and is excited to share it with others. She is currently teaching prenatal yoga classes for the Doula Foundation of Mid-America. Denise is also a certified Relax & Renew Teacher (RRT).
Susie Dollar RN, BSN, RYT-200
A registered nurse, Susie spent her career of thirty plus years in health care administration. Following her retirement and the death of her husband in 2005, she stepped on the yoga mat for the first time. With yoga, she found a way to deal with the grief and the gift of a new life path.
Shannon Gregg BS, RYT-200
Shannon uses yoga as a tool in her daily life to help support her entire being; mentally, emotionally, and physically. She has seen firsthand the positive impact yoga can have on people's lives, and is excited to share her passion for yoga with others in her community.
Linda Jones BS, RYT-200
A long time student at Success Naturally, Linda has personally experienced the multifaceted benefits of yoga. Her journey began as a new student in an introductory yoga class. The physical and mental well being that she experienced drew her to become a registered yoga teacher. Linda looks forward to sharing her knowledge and the benefits of yoga with students.

Teresa has found yoga to be very beneficial during her years of work, volunteering and being a mom and wife for a busy family. Teresa looks forward to seeing you in her classes at Success Naturally.
